Tell us four things and we will come back with a configuration and a price for it:
- Tank volume and depth in litres and centimetres
- Fish-only, planted, or reef
- Target PAR at substrate, or just the livestock you keep
- Fixture length and mounting style
That is enough to quote. Anything you do not know yet — the PAR target especially — we will propose rather than hold up the conversation.
Send your tank details on WhatsApp or send us the details.
MOQ, samples and lead time
- MOQ from 100 pcs per model, on the same terms as our OEM / ODM process
- Evaluation samples are free and ship before tooling is committed
- Lead time is quoted against your quantity and the tooling involved, not a generic number on a website
If 100 units per model is above what a first run can carry, say so when you write. It changes which route makes sense more often than it changes whether we can do it.
What we manufacture
Aquarium lighting is a spectrum-and-intensity problem wearing a grow light’s clothes. The engineering is the same — diode selection, an aluminium substrate that moves heat away, a driver with good current regulation — but the acceptance criteria are different, and that difference is where a lot of suppliers get caught:
- A grow light is judged on PPFD at the canopy. An aquarium light is judged on PAR at the substrate, which sits under water and under a depth of glass.
- Aquarium buyers want colour rendering (CRI 90+) because they are looking at fish and coral, not leaves.
- The fixture has to be sealed and corrosion-resistant, and often sits in a hood where condensation is normal.
We build to the same tested LED platform as our grow lights, with the spectrum, PAR target, and housing specified for the tank rather than for a generic fixture.
Typical specification envelope
The values in the table above are typical for the platform, not a commitment for your order. Every aquarium project is configured differently, because PAR at substrate depends on tank depth, water clarity, and the mounting height above the waterline. Confirm the final numbers against your own fixture drawing before you commit.
| What you specify | What we hold constant |
|---|---|
| Tank volume and depth | PAR target at substrate after the tank is filled |
| Fish-only, planted, or reef | Spectrum ratio and blue-channel share |
| Fixture length | LED count, driver current, and thermal headroom |
| Mounting style | Ingress protection and connector standard |
Customisation available
- Spectrum — blue share, red peak position, and the balance between them; we will send the measured spectral distribution, not just the bin label
- Housing and finish — anodised colour, bracket geometry, logo or full private label
- Control — app protocol, dimming curve, timer behaviour, and memory-on-power-loss
- Packaging — your carton, manual, and barcode; we ship under your brand with your artwork
What you get with every order
A spectral report and a PAR map for the exact model, tied to your configuration. If the fixture needs a safety certification for your market, tell us which one before sampling — certification is tied to the model and the entity that owns it, and that is much harder to change after tooling.

FAQ
Is 100 units per model a hard minimum?
It is our standard minimum, not a policy we will not discuss. What usually constrains a first order is not the factory’s minimum but the buyer’s cash cycle and shelf risk. Tell us the volume you can actually place and we will tell you honestly whether a route works — including where a mixed model split or a later second run makes more sense.
Are the samples really free, and what do they cost me in time?
Evaluation samples carry no charge. They cost time, and we quote that time against your quantity rather than guessing at it here. We send them before tooling is committed precisely so that you are not paying for tooling against a fixture you have not held.
Do you supply a PAR map, or only a centre reading?
A map. A single centre figure hides the edge falloff that decides whether a coral head at the far end of a 120 cm fixture gets enough light, and that is where aquarium fixtures quietly disappoint. Every model ships with the map for its own configuration.
Can you build to our own industrial design?
Yes. If you have a design, we develop the optics, electronics and thermal solution around it. If you have a reference product you want to match, we can usually get close, and we will tell you where we cannot match something rather than discovering it after tooling.
Which certifications can you support?
We produce test reports and coordinate safety and EMC testing with an accredited laboratory, per market. Certification is tied to the model and to the entity that owns it, so tell us your target market before sampling — changing that after tooling is expensive. Our first-order checklist covers the sequence.
